Made by fermenting a mixture of the highest quality 11 components (flowers, leaves, roots, etc.) with organic unrefined, unfiltered and unpasteurized wild apple vinegar. This creates a perfectly balanced flavor extract.

HARMONY VIENAGR is made using powders of various plant parts, e.g.: ashwaganda, licorice, hard smidar, Chinese scutum, sticky remaniaroot powder, clover, calendula, rose flower powder, sage leaf powder etc.

In addition to herbal components, we use mountain rock - mummy shilajit (chill).

These are minerals in the Himalayan rocks, "preserved" by the sun and atmospheric pressure, decomposed plants that grew in the Himalayan areas thousands of years ago.

To make the product, we use non-transparent (UNFILTERED) organic wild apple vinegar, produced by natural fermentation from healthy, ripe organic apples, without heat treatment. 

IMPORTANT! Our vinegar is NOT PASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque, and if it is stored already made, the cloudiness increases. They are a sign of further fermentation and a testimony that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Alive and "unextinguished"!

 Ingredients: apple cider vinegar (90%), 11-component powder (10%): Ashwagandha root powder, red clover flower powder, sage leaf powder, calendula flower powder, passionflower herb powder, licorice root powder, rose petal powder, St. John's Wort Root Powder, Chinese Wormwood Root Powder, Sticky Rehmannia Root Powder, Mummy Shilajit Powder, Maltodextrin. Contains licorice - hypertensive patients should use in moderation.

 Preparation and use: in the morning or at another time of the day before a meal, we suggest drinking a glass of warm water with 2 tbsp. or 0.5-1 tbsp. of this vinegar. Season with honey if desired. Harmony Vinegar - you can use it to enrich your various dishes.

This vinegar, like our other products, is produced in a Lithuanian company, which has implemented a self-control system based on the principles of risk factor analysis and critical control points (HACCP), which helps to ensure product safety and quality.

 Storage: store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (0-25 °C). After opening, keep tightly closed under the same conditions. 

Warnings: a small amount of sediment characteristic of apple cider vinegar is possible.
