PRIVACY POLICY


  • GENERAL PROVISIONS


  • This privacy policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) defines the basic rules and conditions for the processing of personal data, which apply to all visitors to the website www.grasole.com (hereinafter - the Website), persons who have agreed to receive GraSole marketing materials, candidates participating in GraSole in job selections, for persons participating in promotions organized by "GraSole" (hereinafter referred to as "Clients").

    The Customer is deemed to have familiarized himself with and expressed his consent to comply with the Privacy Policy when he visits the Website, agrees to receive GraSole's direct marketing communications, applies for a job at Grasole, attends events, expresses his will to participate in GraSole's promotions.

    A customer who does not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy cannot visit the Website, participate in the selection for a job at GraSole, or participate in GraSole promotions.

    The customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. When processing the Client's personal data, GraSole implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other illegal processing .

    Order Information is information provided when ordering goods: name, billing and delivery addresses, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address and telephone number.

    Personal information means device information and order information.

    Cookies. A cookie is a small alphanumeric file that GraSole saves to the Customer's browser or the Customer's computer hard drive with the Customer's consent. Different cookies are used for different purposes.

  • PERSONAL DATA


  • Personal data is any information collected by GraSole about the Client that can be used to identify the Client and is stored electronically or otherwise.

    Personal data includes any information, including the Customer's name, surname, gender, date of birth, e-mail e-mail address, telephone number, address, IP address, address for connecting to the "GraSole" Website. www.grasole.com device identification data, browsing history GraSole Website adr. www.grasole.com , billing data (bank account number, etc.), purchase history, VAT invoice details, information about rejected or failed payments, which GraSole collects about Customers in this Privacy Policy or in a separate GraSole consent or purposes specified in the agreement with GraSole.


  • DATA MANAGEMENT. STORAGE PERIOD


  • When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your Internet browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what sites or search terms you refer to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as "User Information".

    We collect device information using the following technologies:

    - "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include a unique, anonymous identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org .

    Cookies help GraSole to distinguish the Customer from other users of the Website and allow to improve the Website. Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, and some browsers have the option to reject only third-party cookies. In this way, the Client will be able to take advantage of these opportunities. However, it should be noted that blocking all cookies will have a negative impact on the use of the Website, and without cookies the Client will not be able to use all the services provided on the Website. Cookies are intended for the transmission of information through an electronic communication network.

    - "Log files" to track website activity and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/leaving pages and date/time stamps.

    - "Web beacons", "Tags" and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you navigate the Site.


  • HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?


  • We use order information to fulfill all orders placed on the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, providing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, order information is additionally used for the following purposes:

    - to communicate with you;

    - to monitor our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

    - sharing/disseminating information or advertising related to our products or services to you.

    We collect information about the device you use to:

    • monitor/identify possible fraud risks (in particular your IP address);
    • to improve and optimize our Website (e.g. analyzing how our customers navigate and interact with the Website, evaluating the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

    To persons who have provided their contact details and expressed a desire to receive information about the goods and/or services offered by GraSole, by means of electronic communication (e-mail, SMS messages, etc.), GraSole will send offers for the sale of GraSole goods , newsletters and other promotional materials, asking for opinions on the purchased goods, informing GraSole of news, the procedure for the sale of goods.

    For the purpose of direct marketing, GraSole processes the following personal data of the Client: name, surname, gender, telephone number, e-mail address (mandatory data, without which GraSole will not be able to send direct marketing communications to the Client); date of birth, data confirming the right to participate in promotional campaigns.

    Customer data will be used for direct marketing purposes for 5 years after obtaining consent. 

    If Customer actively purchases GraSole in physical stores or online and Customer has not objected to receiving direct marketing communications from GraSole, GraSole will send communications for products that are similar to those purchased by Customer. In this case, the Customer's data will be used for the purpose of direct marketing for 3 years after the purchase of the product.

    The customer has the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing communications at any time by contacting GraSole at info@grasole.com.

    GraSole uses cookies:

    Absolutely necessary cookies : These cookies are necessary for the Website to function. The basis of the data processed by such cookies is the proper execution of the contract when the Customer visits the Website, and GraSole ensures the quality and security of the visit.

    Analytical and/or Performance Cookies : These cookies allow GraSole to recognize and count visitors to the Site and to track how visitors move around the Site while using it. This helps GraSole improve the site's performance, such as making sure users can easily find what they're looking for. The basis for processing the data collected by these cookies is the consent of the Customers.

    Functionality cookies : These cookies are used to recognize Customers when they return to the Site. This allows GraSole to present content adapted to the needs of the Clients, to memorize information relevant to the Clients. The basis for processing the data collected by these cookies is the consent of the Customers.

    If necessary, GraSole may also use cookies to collect information to calculate attendance (collect statistical information), provide content relevant to Clients' interests, and save visit history.


  • DATA DISCLOSURE, TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES


  • GraSole may disclose information about the Customer to its employees, intermediaries, service providers or subcontractors if reasonably necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

    In addition, GraSole may disclose information about Customer if

    1. must do so by law;
    2. in order to defend their rights or interests (including the provision of GraSole's personal data to third parties in order to collect the Client's debts to GraSole);
    3. intending to sell a part of GraSole's activity or its assets, disclosing the Client's personal data to a potential buyer of the activity or its part;
    4. after the sale of GraSole's activities or a substantial part of its assets to third parties.

    The customer's personal data will not be transferred to a third country and/or international organization.

    The list of recipients of personal data or the categories of recipients specified in the privacy policy may change, so if the Customer wishes to be informed about changes in the recipients of the Customer's personal data, he must notify GraSole by e-mail info@grasole.com stating "I wish to receive information about my personal data change of recipients, name, surname".

    GraSole advertising information can also be received/seen in certain phone applications (Viber, etc.), as well as GraSole advertising on the Google network and other platforms that the Customer himself associates with his phone number or e-mail.

    Each time the Customer visits the Website, GraSole's third-party software Google Analytics collects information about how the Customer uses the Website. For example, the Customer's actions on the Website are recorded and his behavior patterns are determined. This service is used to determine how many people visit the Site and its various parts. The information collected helps us to understand how the Website works and how GraSole can improve it. GraSole does not personally identify Customers and does not allow Google Analytics to do so. This information about the Customer's browsing may also be provided to other third parties who work with the optimization of the GraSole Website.     The GraSole e-store is built on the Shopify platform. Shopify, the service provider, controls all information collected from individuals visiting the Website . More information about how Shopify uses your personal information can be found here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy .


  • EMPLOYEE SELECTION


  • GraSole collects and processes the resume and/or motivation letter of job candidates and/or other information provided by the Client during participation in the selection for the purpose of job selection based on the Client's consent, which the Client expressed to GraSole or the company providing recruitment services by sending his/her resume .

    If the Client (employee candidate) does not submit his resume and/or motivation letter, GraSole will not be able to assess the suitability of the employee candidate for the position offered.

    In the event that the Client has not expressed his separate consent to process his personal data after the end of the employee selection, GraSole undertakes to delete and/or destroy the Client's personal data within 5 working days after the employment contract is signed with the selected candidate.


  • CUSTOMER RIGHTS


  • Right to withdraw consent . If the Client has given GraSole explicit consent to the processing of his data, the Client can withdraw that consent at any time by sending a notification to the e-mail address: info@grasole.com. "GraSole" shall provide information about the actions taken upon receipt of the Customer's request regarding the implementation of the Customer's rights without undue delay, but no later than within one month from the receipt of the request . That period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests. GraSole informs the Customer about such an extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay. When the Client submits the request by means of electronic form, the information is also provided to him, if possible, by electronic means, except in cases where the Client requests it to be provided otherwise.

    The right to access your personal data . The Customer may contact GraSole at any time to inquire whether GraSole processes any of the Customer's personal data. If GraSole stores or uses the Customer's personal data in any way, the Customer has the right to access them. In order to do so, the Customer submits a written request to GraSole at the following e-mail address: info@grasole.com , confirming his personal identity.

    The right to request more information . If the Customer has any questions about the use of his personal data, he can contact GraSole at the following e-mail address: info@grasole.com .

    The right to be forgotten . In certain circumstances specified in data processing legislation (when personal data is processed illegally, the basis for data processing has disappeared, etc.), the Client has the right to request that GraSole delete the Client's personal data. In order to do so, the Customer submits a written request to GraSole at the following e-mail address: info@grasole.com , confirming his personal identity.

    Other rights. (i) The customer has the right to ask GraSole to correct any inaccuracies in the data it holds. In this case, GraSole may ask the Customer to confirm the corrected information; (ii) The Customer has the right to request GraSole to limit the processing of the Customer's personal data or not to process them; (iii) The Customer has the right to the transfer of data that GraSole received from the Customer with the Customer's consent or for the purpose of concluding a contract; (iv) The Customer has the right to object to GraSole using the Customer's personal data.


  • RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY


  • If the Customer believes that the Customer's rights as a subject of personal data are and/or may be violated, the Customer should immediately contact GraSole with a complaint to the e-mail address info@grasole.com . Only after receiving the Customer's complaint, GraSole undertakes to contact the Customer within a reasonable period of time and inform about the progress of the investigation of the complaint, and then about the result.

    If the results of the investigation do not satisfy the Client, the Client can submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - the State Data Protection Inspectorate.


  • PROVISIONS


  • The Site may contain advertisements from third parties. Such third parties are solely responsible for the content of such advertising and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

    The Client may visit third-party websites at his own risk. GraSole does not assume any direct or indirect responsibility for the content published in them, the accuracy of the information, the opinions expressed in them, or the quality of goods and services offered by third parties .

    GraSole's informational materials may contain information originating from third-party websites. Material taken from a third party website will be marked accordingly and may link to the original website. GraSole assumes no responsibility either for the material published on the website of a third party to which the Customer is directed for more detailed information, or for the personal data used by such third party .

    The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the data he provides and for any actions (data transfer, orders placed, etc.) that are performed on the GraSole Website.

    The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data provided to GraSole is accurate, correct and complete. If the data provided by the Customer changes, the Customer must inform GraSole immediately. GraSole will in no case be liable for any damage caused to the Customer due to the Customer providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or not informing GraSole of any changes.


  • FINAL PROVISIONS


  • GraSole may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updated or modified Privacy Policy will be effective upon its posting on the GraSole Website. The Customer should check it from time to time and make sure that the Customer is satisfied with the current version of the Privacy Policy.

    After updating the Privacy Policy, GraSole will inform the Customer by e-mail about changes that GraSole considers to be essential. The "Update Date" at the bottom of the Privacy Policy indicates when the Privacy Policy was last updated.
