SUPER BREAKFAST or SUPER DESSERT ,

This type of breakfast is a combination of fantasy, favorite or available fruits, berries.

Vitamin berries are always extremely healthy. They contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, but we can't always eat more of them. e.g. cranberries, blueberries, blueberries.

The main thing is that in this way we eat much more valuable berries and fruits. Moreover, the grinder grinds the berry skins and seeds, which are extremely nutritious, but our teeth are not able to chew. e.g. cranberries, cranberries, blueberries.

This time I prepared as follows;

SUPER BREAKFAST/ SUPER DESSERT

raspberries, blueberries, black currants, blueberries. You can choose two types of berries. For additional grinding, I added a handful of pine nuts. I like this milder "milkier" taste. You can also add a banana. But this time I sweetened it with a teaspoon of honey and flavored it with a pinch of cinnamon.

On top; blueberries, cedar, pumpkin, sesame seeds, raspberries and coconut flakes. Can be flavored with banana slices.
