Rhubarb is best enjoyed from late spring to Midsummer. When are the most nutritious and valuable.

Rhubarb contains antioxidants such as lycopene and anthocyanins, which help fight various ailments and help lower "bad" cholesterol, thereby improving heart health.

Rhubarb stalks are an excellent source of fiber. It is beneficial for good digestion and peristalsis.

Rhubarb contains vitamin K, which supports normal blood clotting in the body, and is a rich source of vitamin C, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

The whole point is how to absorb them into the body.

You will need:

2 pieces of rhubarb without peel

0.5 glasses of apricots, which we soaked in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.

0.5 avocado

We put all the ingredients in a blender-grinder or in a vegetable chopper-combine with an S-shaped blade. We are erasing. Unmashed pieces of apricots may remain. A tastier accent :).
