green layer

0.5 avocado

3-4 pieces of mint leaves

1/4 lime juice and grated peel

1 according to the season and available or favorite fruits, berries; nectarine, you can choose strawberry.

grind with a blender/blender to a smooth consistency

caramel layer

5-7 pieces of prunes

1 nectarine or apple

0.5 tsp of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of cocoa

grind the ingredients with a blender.

while layering, we peel the lingonberries. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. We decorate with blueberries, cherries :)
