Sprouted buckwheat balls or bars

1 cup of finely ground almonds or hazelnuts,

0.5 cups of ground sunflower seeds,

1 glass of date paste (soaked in water and ground)
3 years sh. cocoa or cerobo
3 years sh. honey
1st century sh. cinnamon
4 years sh. of melted coconut oil

Making:

Grind all the components together. A blender/shaker or a vegetable harvester with an S-shaped blade is very convenient for grinding. We just don't add buckwheat. Place them at the end and mix with a spoon. We form balls of the desired shape or the size of bars. It can be dried in a dryer for about 12 hours, no higher than 47 l.

you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
