300g of almond flour

100 g Coconut flour (but you can mix half with whole buckwheat flour and sunflower seed flour) How to prepare the flour? usually ground in a coffee grinder.

250 ml of coconut yogurt (you can use kefir, sour milk if you use milk)

4 tablespoons of baking powder

100 ml of coconut oil

3 tablespoons of coconut nectar sugar (does not acidify the body)

3 tablespoons of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of salt

I started with oranges. I washed with soap and closed my eyes in a soda solution.

Then I ground the almonds. I mixed it with coconut flour.

I mixed baking powder into coconut yogurt (kefir or sour milk).

I grated the orange peel and squeezed the juice. I poured it into coconut yogurt with baking powder (kefir or sour milk) and poured this whole mass into nut flour. I mixed it well. I additionally added sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

At that time, I melted the coconut oil on a slow fire, poured it into the total mass. I mixed it well.

ATTENTION; since I created the recipe in process, there may be inaccuracies. If you see that the mass is too thick, add additional orange juice and coconut yogurt (kefir or sour milk). The consistency should be thick, but still pour..

I chose a round 23 cm shape. I spread it with coconut oil and sprinkled it with coconut flour. I poured the prepared mass, decorated with pecans.

I baked for about an hour. In the beginning, about 15 min. 250 liters after that I reduced it to 200. about 10-15 min. and I baked approximately 160 l until the end. I watched it so it wouldn't burn. Since the mass is moist, when it finished baking, I still left it to dry in the oven for about 30 minutes. and only then I served it to taste :)

I additionally mashed a banana with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Although it was delicious on its own :)
