Do these movements at least a few times. Recommended every morning and evening when using Grasole serum or other beauty product. - Forehead
Use the pads of your fingers to sweep from the center of the forehead outwards. Fingers of both hands, synchronously. This movement helps to smooth fine wrinkles and reduces the tension, the stress that we accumulate by straining our forehead.
- Eyes
The skin around the eyes is particularly sensitive, so massage a little more gently. After placing the fingers of both hands on the inner corners of the eyes, gently press and rotate the wheels around the "orbits" of the eyes ;) Along the bone.
